SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA

All shipments are sent via NZ Post International Air, fully tracked. Most orders arrive sooner than the timeframes below.

Orders under $100

  • Express: $20. Delivered in 3-6 working days.

Orders over $100

  • Standard: Free. Delivered in 5-7 working days.

Orders over $200

  • Express: Free. Delivered in 3-6 working days.

SHIPPING NORTH AMERICA, UK AND EUROPE

All shipments are sent via NZ Post International Air, fully tracked. Customs clearance can occasionally add 1-2 working days at the destination.

Standard shipping: NZ Post International Air, target delivery 7-13 working days.

  • Orders under $/£/€150: $/£/€25 flat rate
  • Orders over $/£/€150: Free

Express shipping: FedEx International Priority or NZ Post Courier, target delivery 4-7 working days.

  • Orders under $/£/€150: $/£/€50 flat rate
  • Orders between $/£/€150-300: $/£/€25 flat rate
  • Orders over $/£/€300: Free

Pricing is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Border taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to start the return process.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, we'll refund using your original payment method. Original shipping costs, duties and taxes are not refundable.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you do have a change of mind with your purchase, you can return your item or exchange the item, minus a restocking fee. It is the purchaser's responsibility to pay for return postage. To be eligible your item must be unused, unworn, the same condition it was received and in its original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you using the original payment method. Shipping costs on the original order, including duties and taxes, are not refundable.
