Came across these boxers while traveling through New Zealand. They only had one pair in stock in the store. Used your website to order more and to have shipped to us at the hotel before departing back to the US. Ordering process was easy and straight forward. Received items very quickly (ordered Sunday night, had on Tuesday morning). The boxers are very comfortable, hence the reason we ordered an additional 5 more pairs. They are very comfortable! Enquired via Google A. I. Search engine a woollen men’s underwear product with seamless undercarriage.
Paid massive money $175 for just 3 boxer/briefs but arrived with lots of undercarriage seams - not comfortable.
Asked for my money back and admin said will process refund for unused return.
Never heard back … poor customer care and effectively false promise. Bad. No recommendations from me therefore.
