Came across these boxers while traveling through New Zealand. They only had one pair in stock in the store. Used your website to order more and to have shipped to us at the hotel before departing back to the US. Ordering process was easy and straight forward. Received items very quickly (ordered Sunday night, had on Tuesday morning). The boxers are very comfortable, hence the reason we ordered an additional 5 more pairs. They are very comfortable! My wife says they look great! Would definitely visit your site and order again. Thank you!
These are really good quality, and compared to the other merino wool underwear I’ve bought they’re definitely the softest and most comfortable! The material is nice and a bit thicker than others I think.
Poor customer care … Not Smart At All !
Enquired via Google A. I. Search engine a woollen men’s underwear product with seamless undercarriage.
Paid massive money $175 for just 3 boxer/briefs but arrived with lots of undercarriage seams - not comfortable.
Asked for my money back and admin said will process refund for unused return.
Never heard back … poor customer care and effectively false promise. Bad. No recommendations from me therefore.

Merino underware are hard to find in the USA and very expensive. Many thanks for a great product.
100% pure wool boxers are comfortable, warmer in winter. Waistband doesn't fold and become uncomfortable. A little more expensive than some other brands but made here in NZ, using NZ wool, with all its environmental benefits makes the choice of this garment a no brainer.
MOST comfy undies I have ever had. I am in my late sixties but still lead an active outdoor life. The merino boxer shorts keep me warm, even in the rain during my farm and forestry work.
