I love this item. I am a women and bought the largest size. The skull cap Just covers ears without placing my cycle helmet over top. My constructive feedback would be the ear lug part could be a bit longer to really cover and protect the ears from the wind chill on cold mornings when the helmet goes on top.. The helmet placement lifts the length of the ear coverage and exposes the ears to the elements. .
